Laboratory Testing

At Page One Consultants, our state-of-the-art, 2,000 sq. ft., full-service testing laboratory is accredited by CMEC and approved by the Florida Department of Transportation. We also maintain a precise maintenance and calibration schedule of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing.

With our in-house resources, we conduct a full range of reliable testing to assure that materials utilized during construction meet project specifications. The testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt for the determination of physical properties are performed in accordance with appropriate ASTM, AASHTO, and FDOT FM procedures. Our services are designed to sample, test, analyze, and document the properties for proper use and installation of a wide range of construction materials including soil, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
We realize that timely reporting of test results is often critical to keep a project moving forward. With that in mind, we routinely report results immediately by phone and email.

Please Note: Our laboratory is staffed to accept samples between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. If your project requires “before or after hours” service, we have a drop-off location to accept samples and corresponding paperwork.

Page One Consultants, Inc. is approved by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to provide Geotechnical Classification Laboratory Testing (9.2) and Highway Materials Testing(9.3).
