Sheryl Page serves as Project Manager and/or QA/QC Manager for construction projects including site preparation, paving, lighting, utility relocations, and related support facilities.
Her technical expertise includes planning and construction for development projects including roadways, taxiways, runways, vertical structures, and related facilities. Her areas of specialty include budgeting, quality assurance and control, construction management and problem solving on site. She is responsible for monitoring the training of personnel, testing requirements, and maintaining client relationships. Sheryl oversees the complete operation of Page One Consultants and represents the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the community.
Chief Financial Officer
Maureen is the company's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overall financial management, reporting, budgeting and tax planning. She graduated from UCF with a BS in Accounting and has 35 years of financial management experience, with a concentration over the last 24 years in the engineering, construction, and architecture industries.
Rachel Andre, MS, PE
Chief Operating Officer/ Geotechnical Division Manager
Originally from Haiti, Rachel moved to the United States over 25 years ago to pursue a college education. She obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a M.S. in Structures and Foundations from the University of Central Florida and has over 18 years’ experience in providing geotechnical engineering, civil engineering and project management services to District Five of the Florida Department of Transportation, the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, the Central Florida Expressway Authority, the City of Orlando, Orange County, Orange County Public School, various other municipalities and private clients. Her strengths also include business development and client relations. She recently joined POC and is looking forward to building a strong geotechnical engineering group supporting the company’s growth.
Chuck Sukanek, PE
Senior Principal Engineer/ CEI Division Manager
Chuck obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and since then his career has been devoted to construction management-related assignments. He is widely experienced in overall program management, direction, and coordination, as well as, planning and engineering for major multi- disciplined roadway projects with responsibility for the technical integrity of work by staff and subconsultants. Chuck serves as the Principal Engineer for in-house CEI projects and laboratory services (soils, concrete and asphalt), as well as business development. His management skills, coupled with his outstanding technical strengths enable him to work effectively with in-house staff, a project Team, or overseeing a major roadway construction effort.
Keith Warren, PE
Senior Project Engineer/CMT Division Manager
Keith is a Senior Project Manager/Engineer with 15 years’ experience in construction materials testing and inspection. Keith is a Florida native and graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has provided materials testing and inspections for a large variety of projects ranging from high rise buildings, public schools, municipal infrastructure, airports, transportation facilities, landfills, reservoirs, and highways. Typical duties have included asphalt, concrete and soils testing and inspections as well as laboratory and staff management. In his spare time, Keith enjoys watching college football, spending time with his family, and working through various missions to serve others.
Simon Fernandez, PE
Senior Project Manager
Simon is a Senior Project Manager/Engineer with over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, including 14 years in construction materials testing and inspection. He obtained both his B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.S. in Construction Management from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena in the Dominican Republic. His project experience includes providing construction inspection and materials testing services for highway and bridge construction; high, mid, and low-rise building construction; industrial facilities, airports, and municipal infrastructure facilities. Project experience includes asphalt paving and asphalt plant inspections, drilled shaft and auger cast pile inspections, soils and concrete inspection testing, and laboratory testing and management.
HR Administrator/Office Manager
Tina has over 21 years of experience in supporting team Project Managers/Engineers and managing day to day office operations. She is highly motivated with the ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion. Tina efficiently manages quality standards and timelines for multiple projects. She has a proven ability to resolve problems and follow through effectively. She also oversees the human resources department.
Eric Ramos, PE
Project Manager/ Technical Supervisor
Eric is a Professional Civil Engineer and Certified Welding Inspector (CWI/AWS), with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. His construction project experience includes soils and materials testing (land and field) and subgrade investigation for roads, dredging water reservoir, waste water treatment plant construction, high and low rise building, special field and lab testing. His other responsibilities include staff supervision and inspection of procedures during test performance, welding inspection at shop and project site, and supervision of non-destructive testing on welded and/or bolted connections.
Josue is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily activities of the construction materials testing laboratory. He is highly skilled in various earthwork, concrete, and asphalt laboratory testing services/inspections and is experienced in the performance of laboratory test methods and procedures, as well as the correct sampling procedures of soils, concrete, and asphalt materials. Josue directly monitors lab activities to ensure that work is completed on time and in accordance with client, project, and company policies and procedures. He also manages the I.T. department for the company.
Asphalt Plant Coordinator
Cher has over 20 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing and Quality Control Management. Her experience includes Asphalt Plant Inspections, working with Contractor Quality Control Specifications, and extensive MAC experience on projects in several FDOT Districts and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise. Ms. Birdsong also has CFX and Airport project experience. Cher handles all coordination of asphalt plant inspectors for various projects.
