Page One Consultant's (POC) certified and experienced staff can provide building, threshold, welding, fireproofing, and structural steel inspection services. POC’s extensive experience in these fields allows us to present innovative and superior solutions to your projects.

We have recently provided threshold and welding inspection services on the Amway Center downtown, and routinely provide the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) with building, electrical, and mechanical inspection services.

Page One has worked on numerous welding inspection projects including BP-369 Airside 1 Rehabilitation and Hurricane Restoration, Phase 2 for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. This project provided an overall renovation to upgrade A/S 1 to provide parity space with Airside 2 and Airside 4. Page One’s inspectors provided welding inspections on the new roof skylight located in the wings of Airside 1. Additionally, we have provided welding inspection services on GOAA’s BP-407 Loop Road Improvements on their new sign panels and structures; and for BP 409-Rent-A-Car QTA and Support Facilities with the installation of their canopies.
